Super mario galaxy rom file correupted
If you want to be able to modify Macro & Special objects, then you will need to use an uncompressed extended ROM.

* The 'Platform not supported' error message when trying to build the source code should be fixed. * Fixed a bug where the editor read the Macro Preset ID wrong, so Macro Objects should now no longer get corrupted. * Fixed some crashing errors that appeared in some of Kaze's ROM hacks. * Added a black wireframe outline to the collision map, so now you should see where each triangle is. * Added an option to automatically save the ROM file when the 'Launch ROM' button is pressed * Added an option to cull triangle backfaces in settings * The program will now ask you if you want to save the ROM file before opening a new ROM, launching the ROM in an emulator, or closing Quad64, etc. * Added customizable themes for the user interface. * Added support for hacks created using the SM64 ROM Manager * Added grid overlay button on the controls bar These are added as 'Extra Levels' at the bottom of the select level list. * The program will now detect level ids that might not be normally used. * Changed the properties window a bit to allow for more information to be seen. You can select these camera modes in the drop-down list on the controls bar. * Added more camera modes (Top, Bottom, Left, Right, Front, Back) * Saving the ROM should no longer overwrite the entire file, but only the changes you made. * Texture parsing should be a lot faster now
(Idea from aglab2, but I used a simpler approach) * Added a filter box in the select item window. * You can now change the names of object combos (Edit -> Object Combo Name) * Added a new menu to edit warps (Edit -> Warp) * Added a new menu to select behavior for an object (Edit -> Behavior) * CI texture colors will now show up properly in the viewer Only works when the camera mode is set to 'Fly'. * Added WASD movement controls in the view window Hold down 'Shift' in the treeView and click to select a range of objects Hold down 'Ctrl' and click to toggle an object * You can now select multiple objects to move around and modify
* Added Script Dumps window (Misc -> Script Dumps) You can modify textures that are not in TT64 like the HUD, text, warp transition, water boxes, etc You can set the sky background to be either a solid RGBA16 color or a texture if its avaliable CI textures cannot be modified in this release (will probably come in a later version) You can extract any texture in the current level and replace any non-CI textures and sky background in extended ROMs * Added the Texture Editor window (Level -> Textures)
You can use queueRAM's sm64extend tool to extend any vanilla ROM file, which will let you edit these objects. ** Note: Macro & Special objects are not editable with the vanilla 8MB ROM, since they are MIO0 compressed.

It is written in C# and uses Windows forms for the GUI and OpenTK for the 3D rendering. This is an open source SM64 level editor that is made for modern operating systems called Quad64. If you are good at programming in C, then you should take a look at decomp whenever that goes public. If you want a simple and easy program to edit/create custom levels, then I'd recommend trying Pilzinsel64's SM64 ROM Manager tool. We have better tools to use at this point, so you might as well use those instead. I simply don't have any motivation to work on this project anymore. 03-09-2018, 11:11 PM (This post was last modified: 03-07-2019, 10:25 PM by David.)Äownload Super Mario 64 Beta Hack This project is no longer being worked on.
